This website is operated by The Florence Academy of Art AB (svb), registered in Sweden. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Florence Academy of Art AB (svb). We offer florenceacademyofart.se (”website”), including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. 

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.

 

Admission

The application process for the three year Academic Program in Drawing and Painting can be found under the section ”Academic Program” on the website.

For all other activities students are accepted on a first come first serve basis.

Full payment for each course/workshop/activity is required to secure your spot. Until payment is received spots can be given away to others who pay the course fees.

Maximum amount of students and availability of spots is detailed in the course description of each course/workshop/activity respectively. We reserve the right to substitute instructors of any course/workshop/activity at the last minute or during the session.

 

Refunds

 

For admission into the three year Academic Program in Drawing and Painting, specific routines apply. Read more about them under the section ”Academic Program” on the website.

For all other courses, workshops and activities offered for purchase on the website, the following conditions for refunds apply:

1. Cancellation from a purchased course/workshop/activity is done by sending an email to application@florenceacademyofart.se – please write ”Cancel course” as the subject of the email. The cancellation is valid from the date, local time CET, of this email arriving in our inbox.

2. If you cancel from the course/workshop/activity 29 days or more before the first day of class you will receive an 80% refund.

3. If you cancel from the course/workshop/activity 28 days or less before the first day of class you will not receive any refund, but you will receive a 50% credit towards a future purchase. This credit will be valid one year from the date of cancellation.

4. If you cancel from the course/workshop/activity less than 7 days before the first day of class then you will not receive any refund or credit.

5. Gift certificates, gift cards, discount codes and other forms of credit are not refundable.

Late or missing refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
